Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy (in accordance with the recommendations of the Vienna Medical Chamber guidelines): By scheduling a treatment appointment, the patient agrees to provide at least 24 hours’ notice in the event of cancellation. In the case of failing to show up without notice for a scheduled appointment specifically reserved for the patient, a no-show fee shall apply in accordance with Section 1168 of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB), unless there is a valid reason. The fee amounts to EUR 50 for standard appointments and EUR 100 for private appointments. Any savings resulting from the missed treatment have already been taken into account in the no-show fee.

Important Information About Appointment Cancellations:

Scheduled appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a no-show fee of €50 will be charged for insured patients and €100 for private patients.
